Jennifer Kopera has been working for Kremer Veterinary Services since February of 2015. She began as a technician at Animal Care Center of Plainfield and got the opportunity to transfer to Animal Care Center of Downers Grove in December of 2017 to become the Technician Manager! Jennifer studied Veterinary Medical Technology at Joliet Junior College and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2014. Her absolute favorite thing about the veterinary field is the patient care. Jennifer genuinely enjoys seeing the change in a patient as they recover, whether it be from a surgery or an illness. She finds it truly rewarding knowing that she is apart of what is helping them heal. Jennifer has always had a love for animals, which is exactly what inspired her to go into the veterinary field. She was positive exactly what she wanted to do in her career, so she decided to volunteer at an Animal Emergency Hospital & that night she knew she was exactly where she was meant to be!

Jennifer has a 2-year-old Catahoula/Blue Heeler mix that she rescued in July of 2017 named Chloe. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys hiking, escape rooms, baking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
