Is your pet coming to us from a different clinic? Be sure to bring all of your pet's past and current health records, including preventative care and vaccination schedules to your appointment. If you're unable to obtain your pet's documents, please let us know and we'll be glad to retrieve them for you.

Have you just recently adopted your pet? Bring their adoption papers and all other available documents to their first appointment.

We also ask that you bring a stool sample less than 24 hours old for your pet's wellness exam, or if they are coming to us with GI issues. Fecal tests can help us detect parasites and other health problems.

If your pet is having urinary issues, try to bring a urine sample. We understand that this can be difficult, so if your attempts are unsuccessful, we'll try to obtain a urine sample during your pet's appointment.
